Before: The sales manager of an EdTech startup monitored customers with overdue payments and those who did not renew their subscriptions every day. The manager entered data about these customers into the CRM system as new sales opportunities. To track these customers and create opportunities in the CRM system, the manager spent about 30 minutes daily.

 

Now: An RPA bot automatically checks customer statuses and creates new opportunities in the CRM system, and then notifies the sales manager to follow up with these customers.
