Before: The customer service manager of a restaurant chain with meal delivery spent up to six hours a day responding to questions about delivery and customer complaints through a chatbot on the website.

 

Now: An RPA bot receives information from the chatbot with customer requests and answers frequently asked questions (such as remaining delivery time) as well as registers complaints. The bot also generates a report on the complaints at the end of the day and sends it to the manager’s email. This has optimized up to two hours of the manager’s work time.
